This notice explains how J. Licheri Talent handles the personal data of candidates and clients who use this website and our recruitment services. It is written to align with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

We collect this data only when you submit it through our forms or contact us directly.
We use candidate data to assess your profile and present you to relevant client firms, and we use client data to find and propose suitable candidates. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Candidate profiles, including the reworked CV and video, are shared privately with client firms that have a relevant role. They are not published or made public. Our forms, files, and records are stored within Google Workspace (Google Forms, Drive, and Sheets), which acts as our processor.
Because we use Google Workspace, some data may be processed on servers outside your country. Google provides safeguards for such transfers.
We keep your data for as long as it is useful for the recruitment relationship. If you ask us to delete it, or if it is no longer needed, we remove it.
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to ask for its deletion, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email jacopo@licheritalent.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
