Answer seven short prompts on camera. It is one continuous take, so just speak naturally and tap "Next prompt" when you are ready to move on.

• Hold your phone horizontal, at eye level, and prop it up so it does not move.
• Face a window or soft light. Never with a bright window behind you.
• Quiet room, plain background. Look at the lens, not at your own face.
• Do not memorize. Read the prompt, then talk. You can redo the whole take once at the end.
